More About Eagle Inspection 1
We at Eagle Inspection 1, Inc. are experienced home inspectors
who cover middle Tennessee (the counties of Maury, Marshall,
Giles, Lewis, Lawrence, Williamson, Hickman, and surrounding
areas).
Specializing in residential properties, we are members of
NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors),
ITA (Inspector Training Associates), ASHI (American Society
of Home Inspectors), and NRPP (National Radon Safety Board).
We are committed to continuing education in our field.
Our principal, Brad Miller, has been in interested in construction
and houses all of his life. He built his own house, trained
other inspectors, and has earned a contractor’s license.
Additional to standard inspections we offer environmental
inspections in mold, radon, and pest-control (sub-contract
with well-known colleagues).
We urge clients to be present at our inspections and to view
through our impartial, objective, trained eyes the house inside
and out. This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions
on the spot, and gain a better understanding of our reports.
A home inspection is for your safety and piece of mind; whether
you’re buying or selling, knowing the condition of the
house guarantees a fair, smooth transaction, especially with
today’s current high cost of real estate. Our advice
does not end with the inspection; you are welcome to call
us anytime after the inspection.
Computer-generated with digital photography included, our
extremely thorough reports run some 15 pages, with problems
areas emphasized throughout and highlighted on a summary page.
Reports are printed on-site and also available through our
website or can be e-mailed to you.
We request 24-48 hours’ advance notice, but can accommodate
emergency situations. We work six days a week—we’re
there for you!
